Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Sensor Education in K-14 Agriculture and STEM

Focus
- Train students in agricultural robotics to revolutionize precision agriculture with deep learning, machine vision and cybersecurity.
- Participants will be trained to develop and utilize cost-effective microscopic image processing, robot designing and virtual reality for sustainable agriculture.
Eligibility
- Two years of postsecondary school (e.g., vocational technical institutions or community or junior colleges).
Program Highlights
- Safety and ethics training.
- Hands-on project on the development of a smartphone-based microscope for crop scouting, utilization of drones for real-time agriculture applications and deep learning for real-time food quality control.
- Science communication workshops.
- Training and mentorship.
Participant Benefits
- Stipend ($2,400 for six weeks).
